Overall, my stay at Ala Moana Honolulu had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and dining options, and the rooms were generally clean and cozy. However, the check-in process was a real hassle, and the dining options could use some improvement. For the price, I expected a smoother experience.
